Did you know that it is possible to get a flat stomach in one month if you know the right exercises to get a six pack? It will also take some discipline and lifestyle changes to achieve that goal, but it can be done.
What most people don’t understand and the biggest mistake they make in trying to achieve a flat stomach is that they concentrate all their energy on doing abdominal exercises only. Although you will see some results, you will never get those washboard abs. This is because your abs are hiding under a layer of fat.

Using Resistance
Resistance training through weights or your own body weight is essential when trying to lose belly fat. Any time you cause your body to use it’s own strength to do something, it responds by building muscle. As muscle is built, calories are burned. The more calories that are burned, the more fat you lose. You can use any type of weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells, a medicine ball or weight machine. You can also do exercises that involve your own body weight, such as push ups.
Involving the Whole Body
If you really want to get a six pack and get a flat stomach in one month, then stop doing exercises that only concentrate on your abs. You must incorporate your entire body to burn the fat that’s hiding your abs. Here’s a partial list of some really great workouts:
